What is a recommended product to use to eliminate excessive dryness around my eyes and some cracking?

You see, I accidently mixed two skin products- A seabreeze purifying clay mask and phisoderm cleanser and left it on my face for a prolonged period of time. When I finally washed it off, I noticed my eyes and parts of my face were cracked. There is also excessive dryness, where I have to put moisturizer on more times a day, to keep from looking ashy around my eyes and parts of my face. Thank you in advance!
