What size of steel compressed air tank should i get for my ion?
hey, i was just wondering what size of steel compressed air tank i should get for my new ion, its has too be steel to because i dont have enough right now for a fiber wrapped one.
Depending on the position you most often play on the field, you could get either a 45-48ci (they are labeled as different sizes by different brands, although it is not noticeable), or a 75ci.
Your ion will not be an extremely efficient gun, and every two or three games the 45ci will require a fill if you’re shooting a lot.
If you are playing at a sanctioned field where you can fill up every few games, the 45ci will be perfect for you. If you are playing somewhere where you are not able to fill up often, the 75ci would be a better purchase.
The 75ci tank is absolutely massive however, and it will take some getting used to.
